To report a user for inappropriate behavior, such as offensive chat messages or unauthorized product listings, you can do so via Chat or the shop page by following the steps below:

Reporting a user via Chat

Select the Chat icon > Select the user you would like to report > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select Report this user > Select your reason for reporting the user > Fill in your report description and supporting image > Select Report.

Reporting a user via shop page

Go to the user shop page > Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner > Select Report this user > Select your reason for reporting the user > Fill in your report description and supporting image > Select Report

1. We may contact you if we require further evidence.
2. There is no specific time frame for action to be taken on the reported user.
3. We will not disclose any information regarding actions taken to any party.
